Sample Recipe: Gorgonzola Bites

Ingredients:

• 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• 1 ounce Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
• 1 tablespoon horseradish
• 1 tablespoon milk
• Assorted vegetables
• Fresh parsley, fresh dill or pimiento for garnish

Beat cream cheese, Gorgonzola, horseradish and milk until smooth. Spoon into a pastry bag or decorator tube fitted with star tip. Pipe onto zucchini slices, cucumber slices, celery sticks, carrot sticks or cherry tomatoes and garnish.
